Artel-22 has translated tender and company documents in Sofia since 1999. The service is for Bulgarian businesses presenting documents abroad and overseas companies preparing documentation for Bulgaria. Send the files, language pair and submission deadline to discuss your request.
Documents we translate
Send tender documentation, technical specifications, contracts, articles of association, registration records, financial statements, certificates, declarations and bank guarantees. Identify final files and working versions clearly. A document list using the recipient’s own titles can make the request easier to review.
Deadlines and volume
Give both the submission deadline and the date by which you need the translation. Large document sets and urgent work are discussed after reviewing the files. The number of attachments alone does not establish the workload: text length, language and specialist subject matter also matter.
Company documents going abroad
For Registry Agency certificates, articles of association or powers of attorney, obtain the recipient’s instructions. Not every business text is a public document eligible for an apostille directly. The document’s status and any necessary authentication need separate checking alongside the translation requirements. See the Convention’s scope.
Terminology and confidentiality
Legal, technical and financial terms need context. Include relevant terminology, product names or earlier documents where available. Translators, employees and partners have signed confidentiality agreements. Tell us about any additional company requirements when requesting the service.
Client references
Read the letters from Alfa Finance Holding, Toshel-92 and Glavbolgarstroy Holding. These describe individual clients’ experience. Your document set, languages and timing are discussed separately.
How it works
- Send the document by email, bring it to the office or use a courier. Include all relevant pages, the target language, intended use and deadline.
- Receive an individual quote and timeframe for the agreed work. Clarify the document set, certifications and delivery format before confirming.
- The agreed translation or legalisation is carried out. Requirements for submission to an institution are considered under the applicable procedure.
- Receive the completed work at the office, by courier or electronically, depending on the service. Tell us in advance if the recipient needs paper documents.
Preparing your tender document translation request
Prepare a file list and mark the target language for each document. Separate material for translation from background information. Specify whether tables, attachments and explanatory notes are included, especially where a contract refers to several technical or financial schedules.
If documents change during preparation, identify the new version clearly. Explain whether it replaces an entire file or selected pages. Avoid sending several documents with identical names without saying which is current. Include established company names, product terminology or project context where these will help explain the text.
Ask the recipient about the required final format and forward any instructions about authentication. Translation does not determine which documents your company should submit. Where certification is requested, identify the issuing country, destination and document type so that legalisation can be discussed alongside the translation.
If a deadline is approaching, distinguish the date you need the translation from the final submission deadline. Tell us whether the documents must also travel by courier. These details support a discussion of the actual workload and timing without assuming that every urgent request can be completed within the same period.
